Leidos is seeking a Cloud Service Support Admin/Analyst to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on day-to-day cloud tenant operations (Azure Entra ID, M365), monitoring, access control, and governance under senior engineer direction.

Responsibilities include incident monitoring, tenant health checks, dashboards, and collaboration across ITSM processes. Requires TS clearance, Azure/M365 fundamentals, and 3+ years of experience in enterprise cloud environments.

Qualifikationen

• Current TOP SECRET security clearance is required.
• Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certifications required.
• BS or MS degree with 3+ years of Azure Cloud Administrator experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerShell, Azure Firewall, SharePoint, Microsoft Cloud Security, and Data Governance Tools.
• Basic experience with Power Platform.
• Working knowledge of Purview and ITIL framework.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and operate Azure infrastructure and Microsoft 365 SaaS offerings.
• Administer tenant-wide configuration settings and access controls using least-privilege principles.
• Monitor M365 Admin Center and security tools for incidents, outages, and trends; produce dashboards and reports.
• Provide Tier 2 service desk support and assist with change, incident, and problem management.
• Manage Windows images, group policy, and end-user software.
