Job summary

Leidos seeks a Cloud Service Support Admin/Analyst to monitor and operate Azure Entra ID and M365 SaaS platforms, manage tenant configuration, and support the Tier 2 service desk. The role emphasizes governance, security, and compliant operations within a large enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate has a current TOP SECRET clearance, Azure and Microsoft 365 fundamentals, and hands-on experience with PowerShell, SharePoint, and ITIL-based processes, supporting enterprise-scale cloud

Qualifications

Must hold a current TOP SECRET Security Clearance.
Requires Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certifications.
BS or MS degree with 3+ years of Azure Cloud Administrator experience in an enterprise cloud environment.
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerShell, Azure Firewall, SharePoint, Cloud security, and Data Governance tools.
Basic experience with Power Platform; working knowledge of Purview and ITIL.

Responsibilities

Manage/monitor Azure infrastructure, including identity, governance, storage, compute, networking, backup, and VM deployment for a large user base.
Administer tenant-wide configuration for Microsoft 365 SaaS and related on-premise/cloud systems.
Monitor M365 Admin Center and tools for incidents, outages, and changes; analyze performance and trends.
