Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Azure Virtual Desktop Sys Admin to administer M365 and related SaaS platforms, and to manage Azure desktop environments, security devices, and network storage for a large user base. The role includes developing usage metrics, supporting Tier 2 service desk, and maintaining Windows images with group policy.

Required are a BS/MS in IT, 5+ years of IT experience with Azure, a current TOP SECRET clearance, PowerShell skills, ITIL knowledge, and strong communication and

Qualifications

Requires a BS or Masters degree with 5+ years of IT experience with significant experience with Microsoft Azure.
Must hold a TOP SECRET Security Clearance and be able to obtain/maintain it.
Experience with PowerShell and Windows system administration.
Understanding of cloud computing, networking, ITIL framework.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Deploy and manage virtual machines in Azure to support a large user base.
Develop usage metrics to manage resource usage and assist in service optimization.
Provide technical support to Tier 2 service desk.
Manage Windows image to include group policy and end user software.
