Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, and deploying cloud infrastructure, with up to 25% travel for deployments. US citizenship and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with active Secret clearance or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or Master’s with 1+ year.
• Current baseline certification meeting IAT-II requirements (e.g. Security+) or higher.
• One or more Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-140).
• Experience managing system administration resources in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day admin and operational support in a complex DOD NIPR/SIPR Azure Cloud environment.
• Monitor system performance; troubleshoot issues with systems, applications, and software.
• Deploy cloud infrastructures and migrate Windows domains to the cloud.
• Assist with cybersecurity compliance operations and remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Support multiple deployments at CONUS/OCONUS; ~25% TDY.
• Interact with customers and peer groups to discuss design and operations.
