Job summary

Simpatico Systems, LLC seeks a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a hybrid role in The Colony, TX. You’ll join a competitive, coaching-driven team that makes 100 dials daily and targets business owners and C-level executives.

Base pay is $40K–$45K with uncapped commissions. The setup is 2 days in the The Colony office and 3 days from home, with benefits after 90 days (PTO, 401(k), medical/dental/vision).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of SDR, BDR or outbound sales experience.
