Executive Financial Partners is seeking a high-performing Sales Team Lead to drive direct sales and mentor a growing team in Austin. You'll develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers, presenting tailored supplemental insurance solutions and leading by example in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

You'll balance closing personal sales with coaching others, while leveraging Salesforce to manage clients, leads, and growth opportunities, and pursuing performance-based

Qualifications

• Background check required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (materials and state fees provided)
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience; relevant sales/leadership considered

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand needs and present tailored supplemental insurance solutions
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with employees to explain coverage options
• Deliver engaging group presentations highlighting value and impact of products
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service, follow-up, and policy reviews
• Manage and grow your own book of business as a trusted advisor in your territory
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, manage clients, and grow your network
