HOM Furniture is seeking driven Sales Professionals/Design Associates to deliver world-class customer experiences at our Wisconsin stores. Earn over $80,000 per year with $18-24 hourly base, plus commissions and bonuses.

We offer flexible scheduling after training across full-time (40 hrs), modified full-time (32–36 hrs), and part-time (up to 28 hrs) with paid training and advancement opportunities. Inclusive benefits are provided to support our team.

Qualifications

• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED, 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required
• Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred
