HOM Furniture is seeking a driven Sales Consultant/Design Associate to deliver world-class customer experiences in our Minnesota stores. You will meet sales goals, handle high-ticket sales, and partner with customers to create ideal home furnishing solutions.

Top performers earn over $80,000 per year with $20–$24 hourly wages guaranteed against commissions, plus immediate bonus opportunities and comprehensive training. Flexible scheduling is available, with full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• 2 years exceptional customer service experience required
• Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred
• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED, 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred
