HOM Furniture in Minnesota is seeking a Professional Sales Consultant who thrives on meeting new people, delivering world-class service, and crafting ideal design solutions for customers' homes.

Earn over $80,000/year with $18–$24 hourly base against commissions, immediate bonus opportunities, and comprehensive training. After training, flexible weekend and evening schedules support work-life balance. Full-time or part-time roles with benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED, 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required
• Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred, such as; home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, appliances, etc.

• The technology that drives HOM Furniture, streamlines our work and simplifies our customer's shopping experience

• The art of meticulous accuracy and follow up when processing each order and delivery
• Mentoring to achieve financial growth as a consultant and/or career advancement opportunities in a leadership or corporate role
• Sales Consultants participate in maintaining price cards plus light duty vacuuming and dusting in their assigned areas
