HOM Furniture in Minnesota is seeking a flexible, commission-driven Sales Professional/Design Associate. Top performers earn over $80,000 per year, with guaranteed $20–$24 per hour against commissions and immediate bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required.
• Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred, such as; home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, appliances, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer experiences and build relationships with clients.
• Undergo comprehensive product knowledge and shopping experience training.
• Assist customers with design solutions for home furnishings and coordinate orders and delivery.
• Maintain price cards and light cleaning in assigned areas.
