Job summary

HOM Furniture is seeking a Professional Sales Consultant to deliver world class customer experiences in addition to meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will build relationships with customers, understand their home furnishing needs, and provide tailored design solutions.

Qualifications

• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED, 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required
• Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred, such as; home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, appliances, etc.

• Provide world class care of customers and build relationships based on trust and rapport.
• Achieve sales goals and consistently strive to grow and improve.
• Deliver design solutions for customers' home furnishings needs.
