We offer flexible scheduling after training, including full-time 40 hours, modified full-time 32-36 hours, or part-time up to 28 hours, with set schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience.
• Big ticket top-writer commission sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell HOM Furniture products and meet sales goals.
• Provide world class customer service and build relationships.
• Learn product knowledge and use technology to aid sales.
• Maintain price cards and perform light store duties.
