You will drive wholesale and retail sales, forecast results, and ensure compliance with automotive regulations while delivering exceptional vehicle delivery standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Manage all areas of the sales department (wholesale, retail, purchasing, marketing).
• Experience with internet and retail tools (V-auto, E-car list).
• Forecast vehicle sales, gross, and key expenses monthly and yearly.
• Strong closing skills; build lender relationships.
• Stay compliant with federal, state, and local laws.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high standards for vehicle delivery.
• Enforce dealership policies with the sales team.
• Excellent communication with customers and staff.
• Ability to train and lead sales staff.

Responsabilités
