Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions of The Triad is seeking a tenacious Sales Executive to drive new business from lead to close in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, and closing deals with clients in the building maintenance sector.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrated track record of success (2 full calendar years, ie 105% of sales goal).
• Strong prospecting and territory development skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data organization.
• Prior sales training certification preferred (Sandler, President's Club, Dale Carnegie).

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients.
• Schedule appointments and understand account requirements.
• Close sales by building rapport and handling objections.
• Maintain 20+ hours of prospecting weekly and manage CRM data.
• Coordinate with operations and marketing to drive results.
