Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions of The Triad is seeking a tenacious closer to join our Sales Team. You will manage full sales cycles from lead gen to close in a dynamic, revenue-driven environment.

You should bring 3+ years of outside B2B sales, a proven track record (105% of goal), strong CRM and prospecting capabilities, and a confident, communicative style aimed at closing high-value accounts. OTE around $100k with structured incentives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals (2 full calendar years, 105% of goal).
• Strong prospecting and territory development skills.
• Proficient in CRM and data management.
• Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Outgoing, dynamic personality with a can-do attitude.
• Organized within a defined sales process.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients.
• Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and present solutions.
• Close sales by building rapport, explaining capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.
• Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each week.
• Utilize and manage CRM to maintain all customer information.
• Maintain and manage the Hot 25 list in CRM.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams; support other duties as assigned.
