Gilder Search Group is seeking experienced A-Level and B-Level Automotive Technicians for a family-owned shop in Newton, NJ. This high-volume facility offers weekly pay, overtime, and comprehensive benefits while servicing domestic, Asian, European, and fleet vehicles.

The role requires extensive repair experience with strong diagnostic skills, and ASE certifications are preferred but not required. Join a team investing in ongoing training and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• A-Level: 5+ years of automotive repair experience with advanced diagnostic skills.
• B-Level: 3+ years of automotive repair experience with strong mechanical repair skills.
• Experience performing steering, suspension, brake, tire, and alignment services.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair domestic, Asian, European, and fleet vehicles.
• Perform diagnostics, mechanical repairs, maintenance, steering, suspension, brake, tire, and alignment services based on experience level.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and repair information to identify vehicle concerns.
• Complete repairs from diagnosis through quality control.
• Accurately document repairs and communicate findings with the service team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
