Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians (A-Level or B-Level) for multiple Wilmington, DE area locations. Earn up to $110,000+ annually with a $1,000 weekly draw and a pay rate of $27.50-$45.00 per flat rate hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills preferred.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a high-volume shop.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform fluid services and scheduled maintenance.
• Complete wheel alignments.
• Repair suspension and steering systems.
• Perform engine and transmission replacement.
• Complete a wide variety of general automotive repairs.
• Diagnose and repair electrical system concerns.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Conduct system testing and verification.
• Diagnose and repair complex drivability concerns.
