Gilder Search Group is seeking an A or B Level Automotive Technician for a Columbus, NE facility. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, with flat-rate pay and weekly compensation in a modern, air-conditioned shop.

Earn up to $55 per flat-rate hour for A-Level and $43–$55 for B-Level, with relocation assistance and ongoing training provided. Family-friendly shop culture and strong teamwork drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Advanced diagnostic skills.
• Proven production history.
• Ability to complete repairs from diagnosis through completion.
• Experience with Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs to completion.
• Complete general automotive repair and maintenance.
• Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure great customer experience.
