PruittHealth in Valdosta, GA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for Home Health services on a part-time or PRN basis. You will provide evaluative, consultative, and treatment interventions to patients in their homes under physician referrals.

We offer a New Pay Per Point model with top-market pay for visits requiring greater effort, plus a progressive benefits package and flexible schedules. A valid OT license in GA is required, with ACOTE-accredited education.

Formación

• Must have a valid and unrestricted OT license in state of practice.
• Graduate of ACOTE accredited school.
• If foreign-trained, credentials evaluation required by AOTA.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, monitor, document, and report patient health status using required documents and clinician-friendly tech.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and physician to develop and manage the plan of care.
• Demonstrate competent home-care knowledge and patient-care skills.
• Prioritize patient care needs and exercise sound judgment.
• Assist with training/orienting others.
