PruittHealth at Home is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver evaluative, consultative, and therapeutic OT services to home health patients in Union City, GA. We offer a New Pay Per Point Model with top pay in the industry, rewarding higher effort and time spent outside visits.

Competenze

• Valid and unrestricted OT license in state of practice.
• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited program.
• If foreign-trained, the program must be deemed substantially equivalent to a US OT entry level education by a credential evaluation organization approved by the AOTA.

Mansioni

• Assesses, monitors, documents and reports patient health and progress using required documentation.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop, integrate and manage the plan of care.
• Demonstrates competency in home care OT skills for patient care.
• Recognizes priorities in patient care and acts with initiative and sound judgment.
• Completes documentation timely at the point of care (e.g., OASIS, SOC/Admissions, Recertifications, ABNs).
• Maintains current license, certification, and clinical records to meet regulations.
