Qualifications

3 years À La Carte Service/ Fine Dining knowledge.
Reads and writes English to complete requisitions and communicate with staff.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Prepare foods according to standard recipes to ensure consistency.
Inspect quality and storage of ingredients and maintain cleanliness per health regulations.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment (stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, kettles).
Read and follow recipes, weigh ingredients, and manage portion sizes.
Work varied day/night and weekend shifts; live within commuting distance.
