Markent Personnel seeks a skilled Commercial & Industrial HVAC Journeyman for Wisconsin-based roles across Green Bay, Milwaukee, or Greater Madison. Direct-hire position with union-scale pay at $52.00/hr, plus a comprehensive pension and premium healthcare, dedicated on-call pay, and strong overtime potential.

You will diagnose high-tonnage HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot electrical/controls while collaborating with pod supervisors in a stable, debt-free

Qualifications

• Requires a valid HVAC 1 Industrial Card and current union membership or willingness to join.
• 3+ years of commercial/industrial service experience.
• Clean driving record and Wisconsin residency.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install high-tonnage HVAC systems across regional sites.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules to maximize system performance.
• Perform electrical and controls fault-tracing and diagnostics.
• Verify system commissioning and validation prior to job completion.
