Job summary

Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster County is seeking a Finance & Insurance Consultant to handle credit applications and coordinate with lenders for vehicle transactions. You will guide clients through financing, warranty, and protection options at delivery, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

The role requires strong people skills, a customer-service mindset, and knowledge of auto financing. On-site position with evenings and Saturdays as needed; commission-based earnings accompany a salary.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Prior automotive dealership and/or finance experience preferred.
• PA Vehicle Sales license (we will help you acquire if necessary)

Responsibilities

• Process customer credit applications and submit to financial institutions.
• Fill out and organize all state and finance-related paperwork for vehicle transactions.
• Review all paperwork with clients at delivery and explain product options.
• Explain benefits of additional products such as vehicle service agreements, paint/fabric protection, and road hazard coverage.
