Formación

• Minimum 5 years of retail store manager experience.
• Automotive service industry knowledge is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
• Follow up with customers on services, estimates, and completion times
• Oversee vehicle inspections and make recommendations; create repair orders and source parts
• Present pricing estimates and promote shop service specials
• Lead, manage, and train the team in line with company values
• Supervise up to ten employees
• Oversee inspections and repairs of domestic, European, and Asian vehicles and light trucks
• Maintain inventory counts
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization
• Other duties as assigned
