Job summary

Brasseler USA Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Order Administrator to handle incoming tooth and related parts orders, ensure accuracy, and prepare for same-day shipment. You will coordinate with Sales Reps and manage inquiries about orders, bills, and shipments.

Responsibilities include receiving, put away, replenishment, returns, and inventory control, plus quarterly inventory participation and after-hours support when required. This on-site role is based in Sparks, NV.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls to place customer tooth and related parts orders; reviews required information and clarifies as needed.
• Fills customer orders by picking products or coordinating drop shipments; maintains 100% accuracy.
• Processes filled orders to ship the same day; uses systems to track shipments.
• Interacts with Sales Reps regularly regarding order status.
• Answers inquiries on orders, bills, and shipments; handles other customer service issues.
• Generates purchase orders to replenish inventory.
• Performs receiving, put away, replenishment, returns, damages, and inventory control for teeth parts.
• Assists with periodic inventory, typically quarterly, sometimes after business hours.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

JOB OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for receiving all tooth and related parts orders from customers, fills orders, and prepares for same day shipment. Interacts with Sales Reps on a regular basis regarding status of customer orders. Handles related customer service issues. Performs general functions including receiving, put away, replenishment, returns, damages, and inventory control. Required to assist with taking periodic inventory, typically on a quarterly basis or as required, on an after business hours basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 20% Receives incoming calls to place customer tooth and related parts orders. Also receives orders by fax and online systems. Reviews to ensure all required customer and product information is specified and contacts customers for clarifications if necessary.
• 20% Fills all customer orders by picking the appropriate products specified or coordinates drop shipments with vendors to have products shipped directly to customer. Responsible for maintaining 100% accuracy.
• 20% Processes all filled customer orders to ship in the same day. Uses online systems to track location of shipments.
• 5% Interacts with Sales Reps on a regular basis regarding status of customer orders.
• 10% Receives telephone calls from customers to answer inquiries on various issues, including orders, bills, and shipments, and handles other related customer service issues.
• 10% Generates purchase orders to replenish inventory.
• 5% Performs general functions including receiving, put away, replenishment, returns, damages, and inventory control for teeth and related parts.
• 5% Required to assist with taking periodic inventory, typically on a quarterly basis or as required, on an after business hours basis.
• 5% Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
