You’ll interact throughout the day, stock merchandise, and ensure customer requests are met for a smooth shopping experience. Responsibilities include assisting with product location, processing orders, and participating in cross-functional training to deliver top customer service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software
• 6 months experience with common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–75 lbs
• Bi-lingual skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare merchandise for customers per department needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
