• 1 year retail experience as a cashier.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies and programs.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and carrying merchandise.
• Listens and responds to customer and employee questions, guiding them around the store and through projects.
• Communicates information about stock, special orders, features, applications, and warranty details related to Lowe's programs.
• Coaches, develops, provides feedback, and trains associates in various departmental duties and sales opportunities.
