Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find home improvement products and services. You will listen, answer questions, and provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, locating items, stocking, processing orders, and cross-training in other departments to ensure outstanding service. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Customer service mindset and ability to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other departments to support store operations.
• Prepare merchandise in your department to meet customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut and bundle materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
