• Stock merchandise by shelf replenishment and backstock checks.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive goods on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
