Job summary

Accurate Marking & Manufacturing in New Kensington, PA is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to program, operate and edit CNC mills and lathes for precision parts. You will use setup sheets, read complex blueprints, and ensure parts meet exacting tolerances.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of CNC machining experience.
• Proficiency reading blueprints and inspection tooling.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational habits.

Responsibilities

• Programming, operating, and editing CNC mills and lathes for precision work.
• Setting up machines using setup sheets and tool lists.
• Reading/understanding blueprints and specifications.
• Inspecting with micrometers, calipers and other gauges; deburring and finishing to standard.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Applying manual machining skills when appropriate.
• Mentoring apprentices and sharing best practices.
