KMM Group in Hatboro, PA is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist specialized in multi-axis Mill-Turn to set up and run complex programs. You will plan jobs from prints, select tooling, and verify first articles while maintaining tight tolerances.

The role emphasizes cycle-time reductions, on-the-fly NC edits, and continuous improvement. You’ll mentor teammates and uphold a culture of precision for aerospace and medical components.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machining experience (mill-turn preferred).
• Fluent in multi-axis setup and machining, reading complex drawings and specs.
• Experience with optimizing tooling, speeds/feeds, and first-article verification.

Responsibilities

• Set up multi-axis Mill-Turn jobs (2–11 axes) from prints and travelers.
• Edit NC code to improve cycle time and quality.
• Perform first-article inspections and ensure tight tolerances.
• Optimize tooling and offsets for throughput and stability.
• Mentor teammates and share best practices.
