Job summary

Ace Precision Machining Llc is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. You will set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills, read complex drawings with GD&T, and ensure parts meet aerospace tolerances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years CNC setup experience.
• Ability to read complex drawings and GD&T requirements.
• Experience with G-code editing and troubleshooting machining issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills to produce precision components.
• Load tools, set offsets, verify programs, and produce quality parts.
• Read and interpret complex drawings, models, and GD&T requirements.
• Make on-machine edits to improve quality, efficiency, and tool life.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, and CMM reports.
• Collaborate with Programming, Engineering, and Quality on process improvements.
• Maintain machine performance through routine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Follow quality system and safety rules.
