Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in tool room or job shop machining preferred.
• Knowledge of mold components and GD&T is essential.
• Able to read prints and interpret coordinates and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs injection molds to support production.
• Repairs cavities and cores due to damage or wear.
• Performs engineering changes and revisions to molds.
• Instructs others in operation and setup of tool room equipment.
• Manufactures or replaces tooling components with accuracy.
• Maintains mold history/records and builds fixtures as needed.
• Operates calipers and micrometers to verify tolerances.
• Troubleshoots EDM equipment and supports CNC lathes, grinders, and mills.
• Adheres to safety protocols and maintains a clean work area.
