You will apply molding principles, perform mold changes, and work with Material Handlers and Operators to ensure materials are available.

Use your mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot processes, train new Mold Setters, and support continuous improvements while meeting ISO and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years in injection molding setup or process tech.
• Hands-on mold changes, start-ups, and process adjustments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to train new Mold Setters.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain injection molding machines to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Set-up and start-up of injection molding machines.
• Troubleshoot and optimize molding processes.
• Perform mold and color changes.
• Coordinate with Material Handlers to ensure materials are in place.
• Monitor ISO, safety, quality, and efficiency standards; support continuous improvements.
• Document daily process conditions and mold repair details.
• Ensure clean and safe work area.
