Job summary

Clayens US LLC in Greeneville, TN is seeking a Process Technician Level I to support injection molding operations. You will assist with set-up, start-up, processing, and maintenance of molding machines while ensuring quality and on-time delivery, following ISO and OSHA safety policies.

Qualifications

1–2 years of injection molding setup or process technician experience.
Hands-on experience with mold changes, machine start-ups, process adjustments, and troubleshooting injection molding.

Responsibilities

Maintain injection molding machines to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
Set-up and start-up injected molding machines.
Apply molding principles to troubleshoot and optimize operations.
Perform mold and color changes on injection machines.
Collaborate with Material Handlers and Machine Operators to ensure materials are available.
Monitor and improve ISO, health, safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Work with production management to plan production activities.
Coordinate with Tool Room, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering to solve equipment and quality issues.
Evaluate scrap reduction opportunities within the cell.
Document daily process conditions and mold repair details.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of the work area.
