Job summary

Clayens US LLC in Greeneville, TN, seeks a maintenance technician to repair and maintain machinery, hydraulic/pneumatic, and electrical systems. You will follow safety policies and regulate downtime through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of conveyors, robots, and other production equipment.

The role requires completion of Paulson injection molding trainings, the ability to work overtime, and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems.
• Familiar with programmable controllers and PC software tools.
• Completion of Paulson injection molding training courses.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings and maintain safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and electrical maintenance.
• Troubleshoots and replaces components to minimize downtime.
• Maintains equipment such as robots, conveyors, and temperature control units.
• Reads drawings and electrical diagrams to locate problems in systems.
• Performs preventive maintenance and documents findings.
• Complies with LOTO safety requirements and supports 6S practices.
