Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a strategic leader for FS Tooling Operations at the Mount Pleasant, PA site. This role owns tooling data, systems, and enhancements, partnering with stakeholders to drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and supply chain operations, including SAP.
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying, including subqueries, query optimization, indexing, pivoting, and data analysis techniques.
• Advanced experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, complex formulas, data modeling, and macro development; VBA preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex datasets with high data integrity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead tooling systems and digital initiatives site-wide, delivering enterprise-wide solutions and improvements.
• Develop, manage, and optimize data architecture, KPI development, and performance reporting for tooling operations.
• Analyze operational processes, systems, and equipment to identify improvements and drive cost efficiencies.
• Partner with operations teams, product lines, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to implement changes.
• Drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and optimized workflows.
• Provide training and lead strategic initiatives to strengthen team capabilities.
