Job summary

The role involves integrating ERP and process control systems (DeltaV, SAP) using OPC, SQL, and MQTT; building reports and analytics such as OEE, predictive maintenance, and anomaly detection; and collaborating with clients to ensure connectivity and proper SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software or related engineering discipline.
• Strong communication and fluent English written and spoken.
• Detail oriented with ability to document configurations.
• Experience in customer service and technical support.
• Ability to meet deadlines within budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute an internal development plan.
• Document, design, implement and test software applications for production data acquisition and management.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure network connectivity and hardware readiness.
• Define specifications with the client and project team.
• Participate in installation, start-up, and qualification processes.
• Support SDLC requirements and stay within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with Automation Lead and Quality for SDLC implementation.
• Other duties as assigned.
