Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, operations, systems analysis, engineering, or related role.
• Data analysis and visualization using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and statistical software.
• Programming or scripting using VBA, Power Query, Python for automation.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP/MRP systems such as SAP ERP.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, or value stream mapping familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and digital tools for manufacturing operations and continuous improvement.
• Analyze data using Power BI, Excel, SQL, VBA, Python.
• Apply AI tools to analyze workflows, automate tasks, and modernize systems.
• Analyze processes and use value stream methods to improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Document systems, data sources, and user instructions; train end users.
