• Experience polishing and fitting tooling components.

• Basic electrical skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and follow Decostar Industries health and safety policies and procedures.
• Exemplify the Charter principle for a safe and healthful workplace by correcting unsafe behaviors.
• Immediately respond to health and safety concerns or suggestions.
• Complete required safety-related inspections and report incidents within 24 hours.
• Coordinate modifications, maintenance, PM scheduling, and repair of tooling to ensure production availability.
• Manage vendors and outside tooling shops to reduce costs and ensure timely completion of work.
