Job summary

Anchor Packaging, a Georgia Pacific company, is seeking a Setup Technician for our Jonesboro, AR facility. You will safely remove, install, align, and set up process tooling on thermoforming and extrusion equipment to meet production and quality standards.

You will collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to perform efficient changeovers and minimize downtime in a high-volume environment. Requires a driver's license and hands-on mechanical experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical experience required.
• Experience performing precision measurements using micrometers, tape measure and dial calipers.
• Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely remove and install thermoforming and extrusion tooling.
• Perform product and tooling changeovers per procedures and schedules.
• Inspect tooling for damage and proper condition before installation.
