Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• Experience with CNC Lathes, CNC mills, routers, and drill presses.
• Strong knowledge of machine components and ability to perform maintenance and repairs.
• Proficient reading and interpretation of blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with manual machining including lathes, mills, calipers, and micrometers.
• Ability to perform TIG and MIG welding tasks.
• Experience with stamping tools and processes.
• Proven experience as a Machine Maintenance Tech.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair CNC Lathes, CNC Bed mills, routers, and drill presses.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Perform manual machining with lathes, mills, calipers, and micrometers.
• Operate machines with high precision and accuracy.
• Perform TIG and MIG welding as required, ensuring quality joins.
• Work with stamping tools and keep them well-maintained.
• Apply pneumatics knowledge to maintain relevant equipment.
• Develop strategies to improve tool and equipment efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
