Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to provide hands-on production support at Chandler, AZ. You will ensure tooling readiness, maintain clear manufacturing instructions, train operators, collect process data, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work with Manufacturing Engineers and production teams across Chandler buildings, escalating issues and helping implement Lean, Kaizen, and standard work where needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of related manufacturing, production, or technical experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of production equipment and work instructions.
• Ability to work fully on site in Chandler, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Verify tooling availability and calibration status.
• Coordinate tooling inventory, repairs, and calibration.
• Assist engineers with tooling and fixture design.
• Train operators on process steps and equipment use.
• Lead small process-improvement activities.
• Collect and analyze production data and report findings.
• Prepare engineering work orders and support pre-production builds.
• Support welding tooling and weld evaluation.
