Job summary

Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) is seeking a Tool & Process Engineer to develop tooling processes for new vehicle programs, including design and implementation. You will work with Industrial Engineering, Ergonomics, General Assembly and plants to drive improvements.

The role supports SPW and WCT initiatives, focusing on workplace organization, logistics and structured problem solving across manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a related technical discipline and 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of TeamCenter, AMPs, and MEDDS.
• Ability to manage tooling implementation.
• Budgeting experience.
• Being Creative and innovative in tooling design.

Responsibilities

• Develop tooling processes for new vehicle programs including design and implementation.
• Collaborate with Industrial Engineering, Ergonomics, General Assembly and plants.
• Improve performance and quality processes in General Assembly.
• Support SPW and WCT initiatives such as workplace organization, logistics and problem solving.
