Job summary

Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) seeks a Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer to join the North America engineering team. You will help develop and launch processes that meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets for powertrain components across NM, NNM, and adaptation programs.

You will support manufacturing facilities, standardization efforts, and the SIS methodology to drive robust, cost-effective processes across multiple plants in North America and beyond.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of engineering or related technical field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher preferred.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing and launching processes for NM/NNM/adaptation programs.
• Support RFQ scope, sourcing, design, manufacturing, and installation activities.
• Assist in site preparation and machine installation for NM programs.
• Drive standardization across plants and regions.
• Utilize SIS methodology and SPW tools for root cause problem solving.
