Qualifications

• High school degree or GED with 3 years engineering/related technical experience.
• Strong ability to interact with all levels of the organization and present data clearly.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing and launching manufacturing processes for NM/NNM and adaptation programs.
• Assess process changes and investment requirements for cost studies.
• Support site preparation, machine installation, and facilities aspects across plants.
• Drive SPW methodology deployment and root-cause problem solving.
• Help standardize processes and equipment standards across multiple plants.
