Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Tool & Process Engineer to lead tooling process development for new vehicle programs. You will design and implement tooling solutions and work closely with Industrial Engineering, Ergonomics, General Assembly and manufacturing plants.

You will partner with plant skilled trades and production teams to improve performance and quality in General Assembly, supporting SPW and WCT initiatives such as workplace organization, logistics and focused problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a related technical discipline with 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of TeamCenter, AMPs, and MEDDS.
• Ability to manage tooling implementation.
• Budgeting experience.
• Creative and innovative in tooling design.

Responsibilities

• Develop tooling processes for new vehicle programs.
• Design and implement tooling solutions and processes.
• Collaborate with Industrial Engineering, Ergonomics, General Assembly and plant teams.
• Support SPW and World Class Technology initiatives in tooling and workplace organization.
