Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Tool & Process Engineer in Auburn Hills, MI to develop tooling processes for new vehicle programs, including design and implementation. The role requires close collaboration with Industrial Engineering, Ergonomics, General Assembly and manufacturing plants.

The engineer will work with plant trades and production teams to improve performance and quality in General Assembly, and support SPW and WCT initiatives such as workplace organization, logistics and focus problem

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a related technical discipline and 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of TeamCenter, AMPs, and MEDDS.
• Ability to manage tooling implementation
• Budgeting experience
• Being Creative and innovative in tooling design

Responsibilities

• Develop tooling processes for new vehicle programs, including design and implementation.
• Collaborate with Industrial Engineering, Ergonomics, General Assembly and manufacturing plants to improve tooling performance and quality.
• Support SPW and WCT initiatives such as workplace organization, logistics and focused problem solving.
