Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Findlay, OH is hiring an Analyst, Engineering to drive safety, quality and productivity at our Findlay manufacturing site. You will coach teams in World Class Manufacturing and develop plans to improve capacity and efficiency while managing budgets.

The role requires a BS in Engineering and 1+ years of manufacturing leadership, with preferred SAP PM, WCM, and capital project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering field.
• 1+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance module preferred.
• World Class Manufacturing experience (EWO, SMP, KPI, MTTR, MTBF) preferred.
• Capital project management experience preferred.
• OPEX Black Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and engagement across the plant.
• Coach peers in World Class Manufacturing principles.
• Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for productivity projects.
• Advance lean initiatives and improve processes and systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to follow internal and external rules.
• Manage external contractors for repairs and project work.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Manager to shift from breakdown to proactive maintenance.
