Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Support projects through all phases (P, D, C, A).
• Support daily production to meet plant metrics in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost.
• Own existing and future equipment in the department.
• Lead capital projects to support Clyde operation's long-term strategy.
• Lead continuous improvement using World Class Manufacturing (WCM).
• Perform root cause analysis to eliminate losses.
• Collaborate on new process & equipment implementations.
• Coordinate prototype builds and lab testing.
